Short Description: Semen cryopreservation (commonly called sperm banking) is a procedure to preserve sperm cells. Semen can be used successfully indefinitely after cryopreservation. For human sperm, the longest reported successful storage is 21 years. It can be used for sperm donation where the recipient wants the treatment in a different time or place, or as a means of preserving fertility for men undergoing vasectomy or treatments that may compromise their fertility, such as chemotherapy, radiation therapy or surgery.

International Journal of Reproduction, Fertility & Sexual Health (IJRFSH) is an international journal publishing articles that emphasize all major areas of Reproduction, Fertility & Sexual Health. IJRFSH has become an international, interdisciplinary forum for the publication of basic Fertility & Sexual Science based research papers.
IJRFSH has taken an initiative step by introducing “Special Issues”. This peer-reviewed Special Issue will provide an assessment of the current emerging topics like reproduction process, fertility issues, cloning, biology of embryonic stem cells, environmental effects on reproduction growth, the various branches involved, the latest technologies and the latest inventions explained for the various fertility and sexuality issues. The issue will be of interest to all fertility based researchers and practitioners. All articles are rigorously reviewed. Articles should be written at a level accessible to readers who are non-specialists in the topic of the article themselves, but who are interested in the research.
